
My journey as a Leadership Coach and Executive Advisor began with a simple but pressing question:

And that’s why I founded Lead Empowered LLC. I wanted to help small and mid-sized businesses create high-performing, burnout-free cultures through empowered leaders and aligned teams.
With nearly 25 years of leadership and coaching experience across Corporate Retail, Education, and Small Business, plus Certifications from GiANT Worldwide, the Jon Gordon Companies, and The John Maxwell Team, I guide leaders to:

I bring both academic insight and a proven track record of leadership across industries. As a Community Leader with Walgreens, I learned firsthand how to lead other Store Managers, maximize performance, and create a thriving workplace culture in a fast-paced retail environment. Later, as a Dean of Academic Affairs in Higher Education, I guided faculty and staff development, aligning diverse teams around shared goals. Most recently, I served seven years as the Organization Leadership Strategist at EPIC, where I helped shape a culture recognized multiple times as one of Oklahoma’s Best Places to Work and honored with the OQF Achievement of Excellence Award.
These experiences taught me a consistent truth: empowered leaders and team members create strong workplace cultures, and strong cultures drive performance.
