Too many teams are underperforming—not because they lack talent, but because their voices aren’t being heard. Leadership training can be a valuable solution to empower team members and enhance performance.
Great leaders don’t just speak… they listen intentionally. They know that every voice matters and that when each team member operates in their voice, trust is built, clarity increases, and productivity soars.
5 Voices Framework
The 5 Voices framework helps teams understand how they’re wired, how others are wired, and how to communicate with greater empathy and effectiveness.
Each voice brings a superpower—whether it’s the insight of the Pioneer, the care of the Nurturer, the clarity of the Guardian, the ideas of the Creative, or the energy of the Connector.
But here’s the truth:
You can’t leverage the strengths of others if you don’t even know what they are. Leadership training and the 5 Voices framework can fix that!
So here’s what I want you to reflect on this week:
- Do you know your foundational voice?
- Are certain voices on your team dominating the conversation?
- Who do you need to be invite into the room? Who do you need to give space to speak?
Self-awareness is powerful—but team awareness is transformational. When we value every voice, team alignment comes faster, conflict is healthier, and results are stronger.
So how are you helping your team discover and lean into their voice?
Let’s talk about it—what’s one shift you can make this week to create a more voice-honoring team culture?
